Born in 1963
1979 to 1980: Travelling to several european countries.
1980 to 1983: Cinema Studies in Athens, Greece.
Photography, Direction of Photography, Film direction, Film Production, Set Design for the Stage & Film, History of Arts, Cinema History.
Self-Studies in experimental cinematography and 2D Animation.

Strictly experimental, these films, they aimed an approximate re-determination of the basic elements of the cinematographic language.

1984 to 1992: Free lancer for the independent filmmaking, theatre, advertising & publishing.
Working mainly as assistant director, assistant director of photography, director of photography, film producer, stage lighting designer, set designer for the theatre, art director, interior designer and designer for print. 

Progressively the main sources of income becomes the Interior Design, Design, Art Direction & Design for Print.

Self-studies and experimentations in discovering, defining and creating art objects with the use of personal computers: Programming, writing, designing, creating and editing of 2D & 3D animations, sound & video.

1993 to present: The creative studio "Thavmatropio, design & motion picture" is founded and based in Karditsa, a small town in central Greece.

Creative objects: Interior Design, Design, Art Direction & Design for Print, Photography, 2D & 3D animation, CG Images, VFX, Computer based editing, TV & Web commercials, Digital Cinema, Documentaries.

2002 to 2007: Exploring Digital Cinema in theory and practice.
Teaching "history of cinema" and "the elements of cinematographic language".
Directing and editing the "Portitsa, Back in the years of the ghost", at order, 120', digital video documantery, 2004.
Joining the creative team of the non profit organization "Opseis, art space", theatre.
Texts for the theater and scripts. Set design, lighting and art direction for the theater.
                           
2011-2012: Working on "People", live music, actors and video for the stage.
Working on "Sculpturing life: cinematography without film, without a camera",
"The pain point: between the interior and the exterior",
"The artist as a cartographer and the art object as a map", texts collection in film theory.
Working on "The wind", a documentation of the inner world in a specific spiral moment. A digital cinema "map".
